Thanks for stopping by my cooking blog ! I saw on your profile that you live in Colorado. I used to as well ... but now am in Australia !! Anyway ... you will be able to find hoisin sauce in the grocery store. The friend who gave me this recipe years ago cooked it for me the first time when I was visiting her place in Denver !!
