Zingo
I love to play games. Just about any game. So it was hard on me when my middle child did not really want to play games. But he is finally coming around. Now if only Shag could actually play. Sometimes we let the kids win and other times we do not. Of course there are tears but we want them to learn that you don't always win.
What good games does your family play?????

That looks like a fun game!!! Right now my kids love playing Don't Break the Ice. My 2 year old loves this game.
This is the third time I have seen this game in the last few days- I'm gonna have to check it out!! I am a big time gamer...but my daughter is yet to discover the fun in them. One day...
We have never been much on playing games but have become jigsaw puzzle people. I talk too much to pay attention to the game. :-)
Thats great that you guys play games as a family. I am not much of a game person...Keith plays Candy Land with Ella, but thats about the extent of it. I do get on the computer with Ella and play games though. Ive never heard of Zingo. It looks like a great learning game.
My big kids (8 and 7) are way into Clue right now so we play a lot of that.
OOOHHH! Zingo! One of our favorites because the whole family can play it - Addie, too! It is actually hers, and she loves it.
We just got Operation too...that is pretty fun even all these years later!
And then the usual suspects, CandyLand, Chutes & Ladders and HiHo Cheerio!
we love zingo... our FAVORITE game for sure!
everyone can enjoy! :)
oh... i have the funniest thing... well i thought it was SO funny!
on my tatoo loving thing...
on FB... the 25 random things about yourself thing... i put on one thing that i think tattos are WAY cool...
on another thing i put that i HATE geckos... i SO do... they are just gross...
so my friend commented... "i guess you wouldn't like the gecko tatooed on my husband's a__ then"!
i thought that was SO funny!
:)
My kids still talk about playing Apples to Apples at your house. We all had so much fun I bought the kids version for them for Christmas
I've never hear of this game. I'm going to have to check it out. My 4 year old daughter wants to play games all the time in the evening. But until we get home from work, make dinner, give baths, etc., there is only a short period to do this. My husband has been playing all of the games with her since I've been keeping our 1 year-old content until he goes to bed. I can't wait until all of us can play together. Without a doubt, her favorite game right now is CandyLand, Dora Edition. And my husband, being so competitive himself, never lets her win - big meanie! (haha) We had loads of tears at first, but she quickly learned if she cries about it, he will stop playing. It's too cute when she wins - she gets SO excited!
I've never heard of Zingo, but I'm not much for playing games. I never did much growing up, so I guess we just never got into it all that much.
The kids have a few games that they seem to really like. Teaching them not to cheat is always the challenge. ;)
I'll have to check that game out! I am so excited that Coen is finally old enough for "real" games...his favorites are charades and "Guess who" he dabble in a little checkers, too...so fun!!!
p.s. I love the superman(?) tattoo! LOL!
Like his tattoo. We love games! We have a set of animal dominos that everyone likes. We also like Cranium Cariboo and Hullabloo.
Currently our favorite games are hide-n-seek, peak-a-boo and the hokey pokey. I can't wait till the boys are able to play board games, I love board games.
